Northern Dream is a traditional Maine lakeside camp with all of the amenities to make your stay memorable. Our camp is located on the edge of the North Maine Woods in Aroostook County, where wildlife outnumber the residents. Available by the week, by the month, or by the season, Northern Dream offers a non-smoking, family, and pet friendly retreat.

Northern Dream offers two bedrooms and one additional sleeping area. Comfortable queen, double, and twin size beds provide peaceful sleep for up to five guests. The camp is outfitted with all of the traditional Maine features you would expect from a retreat steps away from idyllic Portage Lake.

We want to make your stay at Northern Dream one that you will remember and revisit. As a lakeside camp we offer our own private dock for fishing, swimming, or canoe launching. Our kitchen is stocked with pantry items and traditional cast iron cookware if you choose to cook inside. We also have everything you’ll need for a lobster feast
